Our client provides drug discovery support to the pharmaceutical and the biotechnology industries. To support its growth Morgan Philips is looking for a Regional Sales Manager DACH with proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical market.
Reporting directly to the VP Sales your main responsibilities would be :
- Establishing contacts and acquiring potential new customers as well as supporting existing customers,
- Expansion of the market position in your region,
- Implementation of sales activities,
- Working with operational scientific resources within the group to meet customer needs.
Your profile :
- Several years of experience in selling drug discovery capabilities,
- Master’s Degree in chemistry, biology, biophysics, or other Life Science degree,
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry ( CRO, CDMO) on the Swiss Market,
- Strong business skills and result oriented,
- Strong negotiation skills,
- Fluent in German and English,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to travel in the region.
