FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Overview :
Field Service Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality service to Pattons' customers, focusing on safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration.
This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining compressed air equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections on compressed air equipment.
- Advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
- Document work performed and submit reports timely.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate customer service.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Keen attention to detail.

Salary : $30-$40 / hr- commensurate with experience
