Our client is looking for someone to act as a Design Verification Specialist to check and analyze engineering drawings for approval.
This candidate will be working with multiple teams so being collaborative is a must!Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and an Associates Degree in Drafting is preferred.
Candidates should also have at least 7 years of working experience checking CAD / Creo drawings for electro-mechanical equipment.

- Review drawings, CAD models, and related design documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal drawing and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address and resolve drawing and design discrepancies as needed.+ Offer guidance to engineers and designers on GD&T datum schemes and tolerancing as required.
- Work with the design team to refine and uphold internal drawing standards.+ Monitor overall drawing quality performance metrics for the department and recommend necessary drafting training and process improvements.
- Conduct regular training sessions within the department on drawing standards and GD&T best practices.+ Develop and maintain drawing templates, standard notes, and symbols.
