Catalyst is partnering with a Global Medical Device Contract Manufacturer who is looking for Process Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Senior Engineering Manager of Medical Materials focused on injection moldings and developing manufacturing processes for new product lines.

What you’ll be doing :
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes for incoming and current new product lines.
- Lead the LSR and plastics processes for the manufacturing line.
- Work closely with other engineering team leads to make sure products are being developed properly and meeting customer timelines.
What we want from you :
- 3+ years proven experience working on new product development within medical device companies
- Background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or other technical area is required
- Experience with LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is ideal; open to plastics as well
