RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Files within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
  • Reads / examines incoming material for accuracy and legibility, gets clarification, if necessary, classifies properly and files within appropriate file system.
  • Searches for and retrieves information contained in files as requested.
  • Ensure all files are up-to-date and comply with dealership standards and legal requirements.
  • Assist with scanning and digitizing documents for electronic record-keeping.
  • Keeps records of material removed from files.
  • Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
  • Copies records as needed.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • One to two years related experience and / or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.
  • Familiarity with dealership software (e.g., CD) is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurable.
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
