Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
The Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
- Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Current license to practice nursing in ARKANSAS (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Ability to work Harmoniously and Effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff.
- Must be able to work as a team with all staff / coworkers
- Must be able to maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect
- PREFERRED : one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
Current Openings : Saturday & Sunday
- Evenings (3p-11p) 8 Hour Shift
- Nights (11p-7a) 8 Hour Shift
- Days (7a-3p) 8 Hour Shift
PAY : Commensurate with Education and Experience
SIGN-ON BONUS : Available
