Job Description
As a maintenance technician you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of the apartment community you work in. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks that do not require specialized training.

Key Responsibilities :
- Complete common apartment service requests efficiently.
- Preferred experience in light plumbing and electrical work.
- Perform tasks like changing locks, light bulbs, and appliance installation and repair.
- Conduct exterior and interior painting, light drywall repair, and other maintenance tasks.
- Handle pressure washing, groundskeeping, and more.
Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team player attitude.
- Willingness to assist with community projects and take direction.
- Basic hand tools are a must, and power tools are a plus.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Friendly and customer-oriented approach to co-workers and residents.
