Description : *Core Responsibilities : Troubleshoots and resolves simple Desktop / Laptop problems Installs / Maintains / Acquires of Desktops / Laptops / Software / Peripherals located throughout the organization.
Performs Client LAN / hard disk backups; assists with end user questions and problems. Participates in performance monitoring and tuning of PC Systems under the guidance of more experience peers or supervisor.
Receives work direction from supervisor or more experience peers on work priorities and daily assignments. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work.
Effectively communicates with clients, peers and supervision by blending appropriate levels of technical and business detail to ensure issues are thoroughly understood by his / her audience.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and management. Works in conjunction with Technology Support Services / Managers of Information Technology / IT Development to ensure that client’s problems / changes are completed within current Service Level Agreements.
