Marquee Apartments, located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
Collect and process rent payments accurately and on timeOrganize and host regular resident events to promote community engagementContribute to leasing efforts by showcasing available apartments and closing leasesDeliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospectsMaintain strong working relationships with the onsite teamAssist the Property Manager in daily operations, serving as a key point of support and acting as their right hand in all aspects of property managementCoordinate with attorneys to manage the eviction process in compliance with legal requirementsRemain calm, professional, and solution-focused when addressing challenging or sensitive situationsAdapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentLearn quickly and apply new processes effectivelyRequirements : Qualifications :
Previous property management or leasing experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and professionalismTeam-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitudeAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficiency in basic office software and property management systems a plusAdditional Details :
