You will
Perform quality repair work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Will receive Top Dollar Pay for Ford Certified
Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Are a fast learner
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent customer service skills
Are a team player
Are computer literate
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, wheel and tire equipment, alignment equipment and other various service equipment
Have a valid driver’s license
Have a High School Diploma
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
