Job Description

As a UX Designer within the Payments Central initiative you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user centric experiences across our unified payments platform. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers to create seamless workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong design thinking, user research capabilities, and experience in financial services or enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes and prototypes for payment processing modules.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align UX strategy with business goals.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system development.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Support Agile teams with design assets and feedback during development cycles.
• Stay current with UX trends, tools and best practices in financial technology.

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 to $130000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
