Position Information Job Summary Classroom instructors needed to teach the following courses in the Real Estate Property Management (RE) program :

  • RE 101 Introduction to Property Management
  • RE 110 Real Estate Pre-Licensure
  • RE 150 Residential and Commercial Property Management
  • RE 290 Real Estate Internship

Job Duties Instructors will be able to effectively instruct and assess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the candidates based on program standards.

NOTE : Instructors will be expected to participate in the departmental meeting each semester. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Property Management or related area.
  • Current Real Estate or Brokerage License.
  • Five (5) years of relevant industry experience in a management role.
  • Possessing a minimum of 1 earned (course-appropriate ) nationally recognized professional certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business (MBA, MA, or MS) with emphasis on Property Management.
  • Possessing a minimum of 2 earned (course-appropriate ) nationally recognized professional certificate.
  • Higher education teaching experience.
  • Interest and experience in teaching courses online.
