Senior Accountant
Senior Accountant
The ideal Senior Accountant candidate will play a key role in GAAP financial reporting, including the preparation of the public-company standard, audited annual and quarterly reports.
The Senior Accountants main tasks include preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis as required for financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Build and review close documentation, including lead schedules and roll-forwards
- Prepare and / or review detailed account reconciliations
- Prepare and review journal entries to the general ledger system
- Execute the monthly financial close calendar and coordinate with managers
- Prepare and record opening balance sheet for acquisitions
- Prepare schedules for external financial reporting and audit support
- Comply with SOX standards, help establish and maintain financial policies in new ERP system
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA Required
- Strong understanding of SEC Reporting +
