Senior TDL Engineer - Security Clearance Required

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences (ADS) is seeking a Senior TDL Engineer. This position requires the candidate to have a Secret clearance .

This project is in support of the 402d Software Engineering Group at Robins Air Force Base, GA. All work will be performed on base .

This is not a remote (work from home) position. The selected candidates will be highly qualified / experienced, able to communicate effectively (written / verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Facilities are open 6am-6pm - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours
• You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments
• A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4 / 10 or 9 / 80)

Requirements

• Secret security clearance
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 15 years' experience with Tactical Data Links and one or more of the following areas :

Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT)

Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL)

Multifunction Advanced Data Link ( MADL)

• Intra-Flight Data-Link (IFDL)
• Satellite Communications (SATCOM)

Familiarity with : MIL-STD 6016

MIL-STD 6016

In addition to the above core experience requirements, the candidate must possess one of the following sets of experience :

• Minimum 8 years' software development experience in one or more of the following areas :
• Fortran
• VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL)
• Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Development
• Green Hills
• VxWorks
• Minimum 8 years' experience in one or more of the following areas :
• Operation and test of datalink systems / equipment / protocols to include Link 16
• Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT)
• J series messages
• Variable Message Format (VMF)
• Cursor on Target Systems (CoT)
• Joint and coalition capabilities
• Proficient / familiar with various radios to include :
• MIDS terminals
• PRC-161
• PRC-117F / G
• PRC-152

• SADL radios
