Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project.
Directs and supervises the entire project team activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner.
Builds business with current customers by delivering on our promises. May have more than one project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with the scope of work.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings and reviews.
- Oversee relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues or risks.
- Conduct post-project reviews and ensure all project documentation is completed.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Skill in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in office either in Atlanta or Greenville
