Administrative construction experience is a plus!
Job duties include :
- Create Owner Contracts and Change Orders in Consensus Docs
- Create Subcontracts and Subcontract Change Orders
- Provide Payment Applications for Subcontractors
- Create Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Change Orders
- Create Operation and Maintenance Manuals for Owners
- Print Drawings
- Set Up New Projects
- Set Up and Maintain Project Files
- Assist with Obtaining Permitting
- File Notice of Commencements
Prior experience with the following programs is helpful : Procore, Sage 300, Consensus Docs, AIA Documents and DocuSign.
