Events & Experiences Project Manager
W2 Contract 4+ Months
Remote, NY or LA (Requires travel)
$75+ / hr DOE

We are looking for an Event Logistics Manager to join our Events and Experiences team to manage the logistics and production sides of our events.
Must be willing to travel for events.
Responsibilities :
Project Management : Organize and update event documentation, including timelines, project plans, contracts, and schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional event planning meetings, ensuring clear communication and action item follow-up. Manage multiple projects of various scales simultaneously.
Vendor Sourcing and Budget Tracking : Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers, conrming contracts and negotiating rates.
Monitor event expenses to ensure budget alignment, process vendor invoices and payments, and update project budgets as needed.
Onsite Event Support : Provide on-site support during event setup, execution, and teardown. Coordinate and manage onsite sta while maintaining the production run-of-show.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and handle permitting needs.
Qualifications :
- Built and executed successful events from concept to completion.
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Managed event budgets eectively, staying within nancial constraints while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Coordinated logistics for large-scale events with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by addressing and resolving on-site issues eciently.
