Description :

We are looking for a self-starter individual to fulfill the role of Technical Business Analyst / Consultant with diverse and well-rounded experience developing end-to-end solutions based on business requirements, in complex application and technical environments.

Qualified candidates must be intellectually curious, strong team players demonstrating a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

• Become familiar with the products and applications used by the lines of business, and our digital ecosystem; understanding how they are used by the businesses is key to shaping the development of software solutions to detailed and often complex requirements.
• Evolve the details of the user stories by being integrated into the development team and staying close to the user to reaffirm that the solution is tracking the requirement.
• Write user stories, success criteria, and collaborate with agile teams to ensure JIRA dashboards are up to date.
• Collaborate across teams to build out detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Communicate timely and effectively within the project to manage risk and escalations.
• Conduct functional reviews of the product after each iteration - Attend iteration retrospectives to facilitate feedback and improve the development process.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be part of the "solution", looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Be Agile and flexible - have the ability to pivot across multiple projects, steering changes in directions that are strategic and tactical in the best interest of the business.
