About The Position
Job Title : Special Procedures Tech Job Specialty : Radiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday rotational 8-hour shifts : 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm, 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm, 9 : 00 am until cases are completed (on-call days) Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum of 1 year License : Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : Interventional Radiology experience Job Description : Perform moderate sedation in all Imaging departments, including CT, MRI, US, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology.
- Participate in rotational call on weekdays and weekends.- Rotate to all departments within Medical Imaging as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Neuro Interventional Radiology (preferred).- Wear the required uniform of blue scrubs.- Document patient information using the Meditech system.
- Maintain flexibility with shift scheduling to meet department needs.- Work in an environment known for its emphasis on teamwork and supportive management.
