What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Lead business development and acquisition activities to drive sales within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Orthodontists and their teams to promote Ormco products
- Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to achieve sales goals
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide product information and gather feedback
- Analyze territory performance and manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
- Ability to travel up to 30% overnight
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
