Job Description
Job Description : Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee has a relationship with a local charter school in Chandler (85224) and we are in need of 6 additional onsite tutors to help 2 to 5 days per week between 3-4 pm through November 14, 2024 or possibly the full school year.
The focus is ELA or math for grades 1-6.
Note : Other positions are available, in-home and remote
Students need a support system, especially if they’re struggling in the conventional classroom setting or even struggle with homeschooling.
Our custom-selected, local tutors provide that support and help them rediscover their innate love of learning & motivation.
By focusing on the individual & creating a personalized game plan, our tutors become mentors who build life skills & confidence.

Requirements
- Elementary teaching or tutoring experience (grades 1-6)
- Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card (or apply for one along with a clear Level 1 Background Check)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must have transportation
- This position is 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay is $45 / hour ($15 per student)
