JOB SUMMARY :
Operations team seeks a Project Coordinator with a strong background in data analytics, business administration, and project management.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing operations, strategic planning, and dealing with high-visibility projects across multiple platforms like Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau.
This dynamic role involves interfacing with internal leaders and external vendors to drive the team's day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive daily operations and strategic planning in partnership with internal leaders.
- Manage business process systems and tools to support organizational operations.
- Create, organize, and maintain high-visibility Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Track and report key components with dashboard reporting for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal leadership, managing communications effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs), SharePoint, and Tableau.
- Excellent organizational and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading discussions and negotiations with internal and external parties.
Industry Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience in managing high output and visibility projects or business functions.
