Job Title : Sales Representative New England territory
Our client is a leading supplier of prime, commodity and engineering resins They provide delivery from a sample bag to a rail car.
Summary : The Sales Representative is responsible for selling a wide range of engineered thermoplastics into molders, extruders, and OEM’s.
Responsible for territory management, growing sales and prosecting for new customers as well as account management for existing customers.
Experience :
2 - 10+ years sales experience in engineered thermoplastic resins, commodity resins, or plastics sales experience
Material / Industry Knowledge :
Engineered or commodity plastic resin materials experience required
Personal / interpersonal
Highly effective self-management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Team oriented professional
Self-motivated
Ability to sell, influence and build relationships with customers and co-workers
Able to work effectively from a remote home-based office
Education / Training :
BS in Business, engineering or related
Experience working with CRM (salesforce preferred)
Travel :
Able to travel overnight 25 50% of the time.
