Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity?

Maybe you are an experienced sales agent / team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching or holding others accountable, rather than selling.

We have sales people in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement and need accountability for goals.

Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database / center of influence.

You’ll join a great team of people here. We’re all looking to you for coaching, leadership and support to help us hit our sales goals!

$95,500 - $112,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
  • Develop and identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets
  • Oversee market research to remain competitive

Lead and Inspire :

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team.
  • Set ambitious targets and motivate your team to achieve and surpass them.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Strategize and Execute :

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to dominate the market.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics to senior management.

Client-Centric Focus :

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve any client issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Oversee the entire sales journey from initial contact to deal closure.

Market and Promote :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract and engage buyers.
  • Utilize digital platforms, social media, and events to showcase properties.
  • Lead and participate in negotiations, open houses, property tours, and high-profile sales events.

Compliance and Administration :

  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to the executive team.

Qualifications :

  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Have prior experience in sales
  • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs

Education and Experience :

At least 5 years of stellar real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Certifications :

Valid real estate license in Texas.
