Responsibilities :
- Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
- Develop and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Oversee market research to remain competitive
Lead and Inspire :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team.
- Set ambitious targets and motivate your team to achieve and surpass them.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Strategize and Execute :
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies to dominate the market.
- Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
Client-Centric Focus :
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve any client issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Oversee the entire sales journey from initial contact to deal closure.
Market and Promote :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract and engage buyers.
- Utilize digital platforms, social media, and events to showcase properties.
- Lead and participate in negotiations, open houses, property tours, and high-profile sales events.
Compliance and Administration :
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records of transactions and client interactions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to the executive team.
Qualifications :
- Proven organizational and planning ability
- Have prior experience in sales
- Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
Education and Experience :
At least 5 years of stellar real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies :
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Certifications :
Valid real estate license in Texas.
