California Seniors Care (CSC) was founded by Del and Mercy Broberg, who started planning, managing, and meeting the needs of seniors and disabled persons for over 35 years.
Now with their retirement, the new owners are prepared to meet the everchanging challenges and demands of the Home Care Industry.
With a background of 24 years of EMS / Fire services as well as 30 + years of exceptional supervisory and strong leadership skills combined their values and experience bring a renowned energy and foresight to CSC.
As CSC is flexible in providing hourly, nightly, and long-duration care for seniors and disabled adults.
Our goal is to help seniors in our community live comfortably at home. Home Care Aides (or 'Caregivers') have a truly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in our clients' lives.
We want every team member to enjoy their work, so our office staff is ready to provide training and support wherever needed.

Job Description :
- Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Assist with non-medical daily activities which include : companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia supervision, etc.
- Drive clients.
- Be on call as a Caregiver.
- Be able to do full transfers.
