Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Terrytown, LA
Location : Terrytown, LA 70056
Salary : $40-50 / hr
Join our Terrytown team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer a variety of infusion therapies with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor patient responses closely, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in adherence to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Qualifications :
- Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
- Active LA nursing license.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Willingness to travel locally within Terrytown and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
- Dedication to serving the Terrytown community with compassion and professionalism.
