We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare team near Rockbridge, GA.

As an OT, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities, including physical, cognitive, and emotional factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practice.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities and tasks, including self-care, mobility, and cognitive skills.
• Provide adaptive techniques and remend assistive devices to promote independence and safety.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic techniques, strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, educators, and social workers, to coordinate prehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records in pliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Experience working with pediatric and / or adult populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to municate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
