Compensation and Benefits Manager

  • Seeking an individual experienced with managing Compensation and Benefits for our growing team! In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing;
  • employee benefits; and compensation administration. This position requires a Servant Leader mentality; in-depth knowledge of multi-state laws and regulations;

as well as proficiency in ADP software.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all employee benefits programs, including renewals, open enrollment and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead staff, assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations; and submit required tax filings and reports.
  • Continuously improve payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage compensation administration, including salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to payroll and benefits.
  • Oversee Corporate Wellness Program
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 900+ employees in multiple states with multiple pay requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years' experience in payroll and benefits management, with a strong understanding of multi-state laws and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and automation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ADP software, including experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and report generation.
