Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Tax Staff Accountant to join their client's dynamic accounting team Orlando. As a Tax Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax-related matters and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations
- Resolve client inquiries and provide recommendations
- Generate financial reports and analyze tax data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is preferred, but not required

The annual salary target for this job is market related. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
