About The Position
Job Title : Outpatient Orthopedics Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : Full-Time Shift : Day Shift Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours Experience : Outpatient experience preferred;
open to new graduates and first-time travelers License : Valid Physical Therapy License Certifications : Relevant certifications in physical therapy Must-Have : Ability to manage productivity expectations and patient visits Job Description : Provide outpatient orthopedic care to a diverse patient population- Manage a caseload of 60 visits per week- Conduct 12-14 patient sessions per day- Apply expertise in outpatient orthopedics to deliver quality patient care- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes- Ensure all patient interactions adhere to established professional standards- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members- Follow clinic protocols to ensure patient safety and confidentiality- Documentation of patient progress and treatment in accordance with regulations- Flexibility to work within clinic hours while accommodating patient needsNote : Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
All overtime hours must be approved by the director beforehand. No floating to other clinics is required.
