Position Overview :
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will lead the way in delivering outstanding patient care, ensuring every encounter embodies the Med Center difference.
With a focus on collaboration, leadership, and efficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience while fostering a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Patient Care : Oversee and enhance the patient experience throughout each visit, ensuring top-notch service and care.
- Inspire Your Team : Act as a mentor and role model for clinical and front office staff, promoting a culture of professionalism and positivity.
- Enhance Communication : Foster teamwork and collaboration to consistently deliver excellence in patient care and customer service.
- Ensure Timely Documentation : Manage patient documentation and follow-up care efficiently, completing all EMR and messaging queues by the end of your shift.
- Be Solution-Oriented : Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shifts.
- Stay Connected : Check emails daily and manage follow-up tasks in provider work queues, including lab results and unsigned charts.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Experience : Preferably 3+ years in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Primary Care
- Certifications : Maintain active and current certifications in good standing, including NCCPA, NPI, GA State License, DEA, DOT Examiner, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Commitment to Learning : Complete required CME courses (Urgent Care Course and Billing Course) within the first 90 days
