Data Analyst
Location : McLean, VA (Hybrid - Mon & Fri Remote, Tue-Thu Onsite)
Pay : $50 / hr - W2 ONLY
Contract Durations : 6+ Months
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis, and creating insightful visualizations.
This role requires hands-on experience with tools like Python, Tableau, and SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide critical insights that influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection & Analysis : Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Visualization & Reporting : Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other tools to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Coordination : Work with business units, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant data-driven insights.
- Data-Driven Influence : Provide recommendations based on data analysis to help drive informed decision-making processes.
- Data Integrity & Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data across systems through robust data governance practices.
Required Technical Skills :
- Python : Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Tableau : Expertise in using Tableau to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
- SQL : Experience writing complex queries and extracting data from relational databases.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
