11 / 5 / 2024 START TRAVEL EXP REQUIRED (1 Year) Skills : Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry KY or Compact license Possibility to float to other TCU units.
Each facility is within 10 minutes of each other. BLS ,ACLS,NIHSS required. Must be willing to obtain NIHSS before start.
EPIC Experience REQUIRED- Do not submit without COVID (Medical / Religious Exemptions Accepted); Flu vaccine required Scrubs - Navy Blue Tattoos / piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings Nails - should be less than 1 / 4 in length;
associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site Parking - free in any unrestricted space Please Read To Travelers : Scrubs / Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them.
