We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fresno, California.
Your role will involve managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and working with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
Responsibilities :
- Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payment and follow up on past due invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Familiarity with Billing Functions
- Ability to handle Cash Activity
- Experience in Check Processing
