Will be assigned a home unit on the first day of orientation. CVICUNumber of Beds : 12Patient Types : Post op CABG, Valve, thoracotomies, V-A and V-V ECMO, post cardiac arrest, post heart cath, post op vascular surgery, critical careSkills required : Swan ganz catheters, arterial lines, hemodynamic monitoring, chest tubes, CRRT, medication titration, IABP, Impella, EKOS, vent management, Tandem Life / Tandem Lung Patient Ratios : 1 : 2Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSSSupport on the Unit : CNA (Ratio) : 1 : 10Receptionist / HUC?
