Club Demonstration Services(CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for therecruitment, hiring and supervision of in store ProductDemonstrators.
You will oversee product preparation andpresentation, training and provide superb service to all Clubmembers. This position requires strong communication betweenwarehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstratorsincluding participation in new location grandopenings.
CDS isthe preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco. We offerthe best person-to-person marketing services in the industry,driving sales for our customers and Costco. APPLYTODAY!

Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train and hire part-timestaff.
- Oversee productpreparation and presentation, including food safety andsanitation.
- Train Product Demonstrators indemonstration preparation and excellent customerservices.
- Communicate between multiple manager,vendors anddemonstrators.
- Participate in new location grand openingsas required.
Requirements :
- Highschool education or equivalent.
- Two to fouryears of related experience in retail, hospitality, or foodenvironments.
- Detail oriented with excellentleadership and communication skills.
- Provenability to lead well performing teams.
- Abilityto exercise independent judgement.
- Able tocoach and counsel employees, take correct measures asneeds.
- Flexibility and ability to work in afast paced environment
