Seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist who is looking for long term employment. Must be able to work independently as well as a team.
Dental experience required. Experience in insurance eligibility, un-paid claim follow up / resubmission, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, walk-outs, treatment plans, collecting at time of service, NEA fast attach and reminder calls / texts / emails are all required.
This is a well-established practice that provides general, cosmetic, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and implant placement.
Schick digital x-rays, pano, CBCT machine, Eaglesoft, solution reach, and NEA fast attach are all software utilized within the practice.
Large practice with 8 DDS, 3 RDH, 11 RDA and 4 FO with the longest tenured employee at 18 years.
This position is available due to the current receptionist leaving the workforce.
