Overview

Blue Yonder is a leading supply chain software company that is seeking a highly experienced Sr Sales Director to join our retail sales team.

The Sr Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that the sales team is meeting or exceeding their targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the supply chain software industry, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the sales function at Blue Yonder.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure that the sales team is meeting or exceeding their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in the supply chain software industry.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and strategy to senior management.
  • Hire, train, and coach sales team members.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on the supply chain software industry.
  • Experience selling into softlines accounts (apparel, footwear, etc.).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $175,000.00-$190,000.00. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
