Location : Springfield, OH 45502
Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)
Duration : 13 weeks contract

flexible schedule, 4 10's, 7 : 00-5 : 30, 7 : 30-6 : 00 or 4 9's and 1 half day (we try to work with clinicians for preferred day off, or half day, but it could be any day of the week.
- Clinic is open 7 : 00-6 : 00 Mon-fri and 8 : 00-12 : 00 on Saturday. Saturday hours are not required and Fridays are usually done a little earlier.
- Clinic is open 7 : 00-6 : 30 mon-Thur, and 7 : 00-5 : 00 on Friday
- We have both inpatient and outpatient but main focus would be outpatient
- We see a lot of ortho patients, but also see vestibular, lymphedema, Parkinson's, and pelvic floor to name a few
- No pediatrics
Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program.
Currently licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
