Job Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
What You'll Do :
- Provide compassionate and holistic nursing care to residents in our long-term care Healthcare Center, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in Georgia.
- Must have experience working in long-term care or nursing home settings. Prefer at least one year of experience but not required.
- Experience with administering medications.
- Strong passion for serving the elderly and vulnerable populations with empathy and compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range : $29-$32 / hr, based on experience
