We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our busy Sign shop!
The ideal candidate will have experience with billing and inventory, and most importantly, be a Quickbooks expert.
This role will include assisting our graphic designer with large sign orders by :
- Answering phones
- Helping customers in person and via email
- Logging invoices into Quickbooks
- Helping with inventory
- Quoting and tracking customer orders
- being a liaison between customers and sign shop manager
MUST HAVE :
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Administrative experience
- Microsoft Excel a plus
- Organizational skills
- interpersonal skills
Experience in a sign shop is a plus but not necessary!
