I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas EducationAgency requires the services of 1Business Analyst 2 hereafter referred to asCandidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Business Analyst 2 Applications / Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document forthe Texas Education Agency .
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) requires the servicesof 1 Business Analyst hereafter referred to as Worker who meets thegeneral qualification of ITSAC Business Analyst 2 ITSAC TechnologyType Core and the specifications outlined in this document for theTexas Education Agency.
This position performs advanced seniorlevelbusiness analysis work. The position may support more than oneproject or be assigned to special projects at any time.
Thebusiness analyst serves as the conduit between the program / customercommunity and the software development team through whichrequirements flow.
This BA will be involved at some levelthroughout the entire software development life cycle. Uponestablishment of the requirements baseline the focus is shiftedtowards the management of the requirements specification andverifying the fulfillment of all requirements includingrequirements for enhancementspostimplementation.
