This position provides assistance to districts, churches, individual donors, and in-house personnel regarding contribution inquiries and adjustments.
Assist donors and missionaries on phone and via email.
Research.
Correcting errors.
Assist others as needed.
Some general office experience required.
Prior customer service or call-center experience preferred but not required.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Typing (50 - 60 WPM; 10-Key experience).
General office skills.
Good communication and phone skills.
Analytical skills.
Willing to learn new tasks.
Personable.
