We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to oversee our Technical Services and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations.

Join us and be at the forefront of technological advancements, shaping the future of our organization's IT landscape. What You Will Do We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to oversee our cutting-edge Technical Services and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations.

In this exciting role, you will inspire and lead a talented team of IT professionals, develop and implement state-of-the-art EDI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technical services and deliver outstanding results.

You will drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our systems robust and competitive.

If you're passionate about technology and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! Customer Management and Service Excellence : Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Lead customer service initiatives, setting high standards for service excellence.

Technical Expertise and Support : Utilize advanced T-SQL skills to manage and manipulate databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting complex issues as needed. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of EDI systems, ensuring seamless data interchange with business partners.

Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product and service quality. Process Improvement and Documentation : Continuously assess and improve technical support processes and procedures.

Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and technical solutions. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in a technical support leadership role, with a focus on customer management. Strong technical skills in T-SQL, including querying, database management, and performance tuning.

Experience with EDI standards and protocols. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing technical support teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
