Allied Universal is now hiring a Full-time Security Site Supervisor for Tyson, Dakota City, NE.

Job Details :

• Pay Rate : $23.14 / Hour
• Schedule : Morning Shift Available / 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm / Monday - Friday
• Duties : The Security Site Supervisor will liaise between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.
• Experience : Must be 21+ years of age, and 1+ years of security experience
• Skills : Comfortable using technology devices, excellent customer service skills.
• Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather elements.

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor. The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal. personnel assigned to his / her site)
