Job Title : Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery
Experience Required : Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery
Key Responsibilities :
- Must be ready to care for patients when they need us most.
- Providing specialized and innovative services, we need our L&D RNs to be equipped to handle various L&D care procedures for patients of all ages.
- Dealing with a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions and be able to prioritize their injuries and medical needs accordingly.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, including radiation safety guidelines.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications :
- Must have minimum 18 months of Nursing experience working in an L&D environment.
- Must have L&D experience within the past six months.
- Demonstrated level of performance and practice is required.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital person
- ASN Required, BSN Preferred
- NJ State or Compact RN State License Required
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
AWHONN INT (Or NCC C-EFM)
Position Details :
- Location : Paramus, NJ
- Position Type : 13 Weeks
- Pay Rate : $2899.90 Travel and $2610.36 Local
- Shift and Time : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM 3 x 12hr shifts Every other weekend required Holidays required as scheduled No on-call
