Are you passionate about working with children and guiding them towards independence? Are you looking for on-call or part-time work?
If so, apply today to join us here at Guidepost Montessori where we provide high-quality education and transform the lives of children! As we prepare to open our newest schools, we are looking to add flexible substitute guides to our on-call list.
This position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is needed to apply. We will provide training as part of your orientation and on-boarding.
Locations include : Roseville and White Bear Lake Your Role
This is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation.
The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into part-time or full-time Assistant or Lead Teachers with us when new openings become available.

Minimum Qualifications
- First Aide and CPR training
- High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with children
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Have a valid state background check
- Warm and friendly demeanor
- Preferred if you have early childhood college credits
