A Medical Director is needed in Portage, IN.
Titan Placement Group is excited to present an opportunity for a Medical Director in Portage, IN. Located in a thriving community with easy access to both urban and rural settings, Portage offers an ideal environment for a dedicated physician leader to oversee and guide the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
As a Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring comprehensive care to patients of all ages while leading a team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence.
Salary and Benefits :
- Salary Range : $260,000 to $275,000 annually
- Vacation : 160 hours (4 weeks)
- Personal Time : 40 hours (1 week)
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) : 40 hours (5 Days), allowance of $3,000
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Life Insurance : 1.5x the provider’s salary
- NHSC : Student Loan Repayment (Up to $100,000)
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- 401k Plan : matches up to 4%
- FTCA Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of comprehensive primary care services.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee clinical operations to optimize patient care, quality outcomes, and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain a balanced schedule with options such as 5-8s or 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance.
- Engage with the community to promote the clinic’s services and public health initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes with the executive team.
Requirements :
- Board-certified Family Medicine Physician
- Experience in a leadership role is required
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana.
