What You'll Do

• Lead Automation Performance : Develop and maintain KPIs, respond to performance issues, and ensure business metrics are met.
• Vendor Collaboration : Partner with automation vendors on support plans and launch strategies.
• Data and Digital Literacy : Use data analysis tools to influence strategic work and present insights.
• Influential Communication : Communicate complex information clearly and influence teams and leaders.
• Business Acumen : Develop and implement business cases, translate requirements into strategies, and drive execution.
• Process Flow Design : Analyze and improve business processes.
• Automation Integration : Manage project performance and document implementation plans.
• Continuous Improvement : Develop methods for improving critical processes and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in engineering or supply chain.
• Leadership Skills : Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-Driven : High sense of urgency and ability to dive into problems.
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change.
• Experience : Previous experience in high-growth environments, warehouse transitions, and automation.

Position Details

Title : Senior Director, Automation Engineering

Salary or Pay Range : $212,000 - $221,000

Workplace Persona : Explorer

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
