Job Details
Position : Family Practice NP
Location : Maine
Start Date : Late October
Schedule : 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week
Responsibilities :
- Provide full scope primary care
- Manage chronic care cases and medications
- Support walk-in clinic (minor urgent care cases)
- Handle post-discharge follow-ups from ED
- Treat higher acuity cases due to elderly population

- Possibility for extension
